- 2Avoid IPL, BBL, laser procedures, and waxing for 7 days before your appointment.
- 3Discontinue topical retinoids 24 hours prior to reduce sensitivity.
- 4Starting Arnica supplements 2 days before may help minimize bruising.
- 5Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to treatment.
- 6Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours before your appointment.
Post-Treatment
- 1Mild redness or sensitivity is common and typically lasts a few days.
- 2Do not pick or scratch at treated skin.
- 3Avoid strenuous exercise or sweating for 24 hours.
